In the factory for the production of processed feed for livestock and poultry, the raw materials are stored in mechanized grain silos and liquids in the respective tanks after the approval of the quality control unit. After passing through the Bojari sieve and magnets, the raw materials are directed to the mills and after being milled, they are ready to be weighed according to the ration formula. In the next step, the ingredients are accurately weighed based on the ration and then mixed using an advanced and homogeneous horizontal mixer.
Then the cooking operation is done by the conditioner machine and the material enters the pellet press machine to get its final shape. In the next step, the produced product reaches the standard ambient temperature and humidity by means of a cooler device, and finally the output load is directed to the loading silos in the form of bags or bulk.
